Recommended Team:

  • Sonic (Leader) & Tails (Partner): Sonic's Homing Attack, Tails' flight for reaching the saucer when it's high.

Phases & Strategy:

  1. Underwater Attacks: Stays submerged, firing torpedoes or mines. Stay on platforms.
  2. Surfacing: Rises to the surface, exposing Eggman. Attack the cockpit with Homing Attack or jumps.
  3. Aerial Attacks: After damage, it flies above water, dropping bombs or firing lasers. Chase it with Sonic's speed and Homing Attack.

Weakness: Eggman's cockpit, exposed when the saucer is above water. Aim for 8-10 hits. Use Tails' Tag Action (L) for extra height to reach the saucer. Be mindful of your rings if you fall into the water.
