Recommended Team:
- Sonic (Leader) & Knuckles (Partner): Sonic's speed for dodging, Knuckles' Tag Action for powerful uppercuts.
Phases & Strategy:
- Hammer Swings: The mech swings its hammer horizontally. Jump over it.
- Ground Slam: It jumps and slams down, creating a shockwave. Jump to avoid the shockwave. The cockpit is briefly exposed after the slam.
- Projectiles: After some damage, it fires projectiles. Dodge these while continuing to attack.
Weakness: Eggman's cockpit, exposed after hammer swings or ground slams. Aim for 8-10 hits. Use Knuckles' Tag Action (L) for a powerful close-range uppercut to the cockpit. Maintain distance and strike after its attacks.
