Chaos Angel Act 3 is a challenging act with many environmental hazards and powerful enemies. Cream's flight with Cheese is excellent for navigating the anti-gravity sections and avoiding pitfalls. Amy as a partner provides powerful attacks and a high jump, useful for clearing enemies or reaching higher platforms. You'll encounter sections with large, energy barriers that activate and deactivate; time your movements carefully to pass through them safely. Cream's flight can help you bypass these entirely or recover from a misjudged jump.
There are several areas with strong air currents that can push you around. Use Cream's flight to control your movement and land on desired platforms. Amy's hammer can destroy certain blocks that hide pathways or power-ups. Look for a series of moving platforms over bottomless pits; these require precise timing and Cream's flight for recovery if you miss a jump. A hidden Special Spring can be found by using Cream's flight to reach a very high, secluded platform near the end of the act, often above a series of disappearing blocks. The act concludes with a fast-paced section involving springs and boost pads, leading to the goal ring. This act is a true test of your platforming skills.
