Objective: Find 3 Chaos Emerald Shards. A-Rank Strategy: The key to Wild Canyon is efficient searching. Start by checking the obvious areas: the central pyramid, the surrounding ledges, and the small caves. The radar will guide you, but knowing common spawn points helps. One shard is often found near the top of the pyramid, requiring you to climb. Another frequently spawns inside one of the small caves around the perimeter. The third can be more elusive, sometimes hidden under a destructible block or behind a waterfall. Use Knuckles' digging ability (B button) on suspicious patches of ground. Glide (hold A after jumping) to quickly traverse large distances and reach higher platforms. Destroying enemies also contributes to your score, so don't ignore them. The faster you find the shards, the higher your time bonus, which is crucial for an A-Rank.
