Guardians are mini-bosses found throughout the open zones. While each has unique attacks, general strategies apply. Most Guardians have a vulnerable core or weak point that becomes exposed after certain attacks or when stunned. Utilize the Cyloop to stun them, or parry their attacks to create openings. Keep moving and use your boost to evade. Don't be afraid to experiment with different abilities from your skill tree to find the most effective combinations against each type.
