Sonic Frontiers features an autosave system that frequently records your progress, especially after completing objectives, entering Cyber Space, or collecting significant items. However, for peace of mind, you can also manually save your game from the pause menu at any time. It's always a good idea to save before attempting a challenging boss or entering a new area, just in case you need to reload and try again. Don't rely solely on autosave for critical moments.
