- High Routes: Often faster and safer, these paths are usually accessed by springs, well-timed jumps, or Homing Attack chains.
- Destructible Walls/Floors: Keep an eye out for cracked walls or suspicious-looking ground that can be broken by a Spin Dash (Classic) or Boost/Stomp (Modern).
- Off-Screen Springs: Sometimes, a spring is placed just out of view, requiring a blind jump or a specific trajectory to hit.
- Wisp-Specific Paths: In Planet Wisp, look for areas that can only be accessed by the Drill or Laser Wisp.
