This is a two-stage final boss for Sonic. No rings are available.
- Phase 1 (Giant Eggman Robo): A massive mech that walks across the screen, firing missiles and lasers.
- Sonic Strategy: Wait for the mech to lower its head (often after an attack or when it's about to stomp). Jump onto its arm or a platform, then Spin Attack its head. Dodge its stomps and projectiles.
- Phase 2 (Death Egg Robot): A smaller, more agile mech that flies around. It has a vulnerable chest plate that opens after certain attacks.
- Sonic Strategy: Dodge its powerful punches and homing missile barrages. When its chest plate opens, perform a precise Spin Attack. This requires careful timing and patience.
- Weakness: Giant Eggman Robo's head; Death Egg Robot's chest plate when open.
- Reward: Game completed (Good Ending if all Chaos Emeralds collected, Bad Ending otherwise).
