The first type is a gumball machine where you jump to hit a lever, releasing a prize. Prizes can include rings, extra lives, or shields. The second type is a rotating barrel stage where you collect rings and power-ups while avoiding bombs. These stages are a great way to accumulate extra lives and power-ups, making your main adventure easier. While not as critical as Special Stages, they provide valuable resources and a fun diversion.
