Studiopolis Zone features two of the Hard-Boiled Heavies, each with distinct attack patterns.
- Act 1: Heavy Gunner: This large robot flies around and shoots missiles. Dodge its missiles and hit it when it lands or is briefly vulnerable after firing. It will sometimes charge a powerful shot, giving you a window to attack.
- Act 2: Heavy Shinobi: A ninja-themed robot that uses shurikens and smoke bombs. Attack him when he's visible and avoid his projectiles. He often leaves himself open after a dash attack or when he reappears from a smoke cloud.
Learning the Heavies' patterns is crucial for these fights.
