- Ability: Drop Dash, Homing Attack.
- Playstyle: The fastest character, ideal for speedrunning and direct approaches. His Homing Attack makes quick work of airborne enemies.

Miles 'Tails' Prower
- Ability: Flight.
- Playstyle: Can fly for a limited time by repeatedly pressing the jump button in mid-air. This allows him to bypass many obstacles and reach high-up areas.

Knuckles the Echidna
- Ability: Glide, Wall Climb.
