The Aquatic Ruin Zone boss is a robot that emerges from the water, attempting to crush you with ancient columns. The fight takes place on a series of platforms above water, with columns rising and falling.
Phases & Attacks:
- Column Drop: Robotnik's machine will rise from the water and drop a column onto the platforms.
- Column Smash: After dropping, the column will smash down, creating a shockwave.
Strategy:
- Observe Column Placement: Robotnik will drop columns in specific locations. Pay attention to where they land.
- Hit Robotnik: After dropping a column, Robotnik's machine will briefly be exposed above the water. This is your chance to jump and hit him.
- Dodge Shockwave: When a column smashes, jump to avoid the shockwave it creates.
- Use Columns: You can use the dropped columns as temporary platforms to reach Robotnik, but be careful as they will eventually sink.
This boss requires 8 hits. The key is to time your attacks after he drops a column and to avoid the shockwaves. Don't stay on the columns for too long.
