- Rings: The universal currency. Collect 100 for an extra life. Also fills Sonic's Boost Gauge.
- Health Potions (Werehog): Restores a portion of the Werehog's health. Essential for tough combat encounters.
- Boost Potions (Sonic): Instantly fills a portion of Sonic's Boost Gauge. Useful for maintaining speed in critical moments.
- Invincibility (Sonic): Grants temporary invincibility, allowing Sonic to run through enemies and hazards without taking damage. Rare and powerful.
- Speed Shoes (Sonic): Temporarily increases Sonic's speed beyond his normal limits. Great for achieving high ranks.
