Magma Cone is another volcanic level, but with more emphasis on verticality and precise platforming over lava.
- Collect Gems: Navigate the narrow ledges and platforms. Many gems are found on high-up areas or within small caves. Be careful not to fall into the lava.
- Orb 1: Extinguish the Lava Monsters: Talk to the Professor. He'll ask you to extinguish a number of Lava Monsters that are causing trouble. These monsters emerge from the lava and shoot fireballs. Use your flame attack to defeat them. Extinguish all the required monsters for an Orb.
- Orb 2: Activate the Geysers: Another Professor will ask you to activate a series of geysers by flaming them. These geysers will then propel you to higher platforms, allowing access to new areas and gems. Activate all the geysers for your second Orb.
- Orb 3: Return to Autumn Plains: Awarded upon level completion.
The geysers can be tricky to time correctly. Wait for them to be at their peak before jumping off to reach the highest platforms. Look for hidden paths behind waterfalls of lava.
