In addition to the main story Big Challenges, there are numerous smaller Big Challenges scattered throughout the mountain in Freeride mode. These are often marked by a large 'BC' icon on your map. They can range from:
- Score Challenges: Achieve a certain trick score within a specific section.
- Time Challenges: Reach a checkpoint or finish line within a time limit.
- Grind Challenges: Perform a continuous grind for a certain distance or across multiple rails.
- Air Challenges: Get a specific amount of airtime or perform a certain number of tricks in one jump.
Completing these challenges rewards you with cash, which is essential for upgrading your rider and buying new gear. They are also excellent practice for the main events and help you discover new lines and trick opportunities on the mountain.
