Underground Areas
Underground areas in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl often conceal valuable artifacts and present unique environmental challenges. These hidden locations, such as the acid anomaly field near the Old Mill, require careful navigation and preparation to overcome radiation and other hazards, making them prime spots for artifact hunting.
Underground areas often contain anomalies and artifacts. For example, an acid anomaly field can be found underground near the Old Mill. If you speak to Foreman Jack after completing the Piece of Cake side mission, he will tell you the location of this acid anomaly field. Otherwise, you'll have to find the hole that leads underground inside one of the Old Mill houses.
Artifacts found in acid anomalies include:
- Horn
- Slug
- Mold
- Mica
- Bubble
- Crystal Thorn
- Urchin
- Slime
