Shields & Buffs

Shields and buffs are consumable items or abilities that grant your character temporary advantages, bolstering their defenses, enhancing their offensive capabilities, or providing other beneficial effects. These can range from personal energy shields that absorb incoming damage to potent enhancements that temporarily boost your Force power or combat prowess. using these effects strategically can turn the tide of a difficult encounter and ensure your survival.
The galaxy offers several shields and buffs, each with its own unique application. Personal shield generators can absorb a significant amount of incoming blaster fire or melee damage, giving you precious moments to reposition or retaliate. Other buffs might increase your attack speed, improve your critical hit chance, or grant temporary immunity to certain status effects like fear or mind control. For Force-sensitive characters, many of their innate abilities function as powerful buffs, enhancing their allies or themselves.
