Phase 1: Direct Assault

The Enforcer will advance slowly, firing his heavy blaster. His armor makes direct shots to the body less effective. Focus fire on his exposed head or the power cell on his back when he turns. Use cover extensively to avoid his sustained fire. Nix can be commanded to distract him, creating an opening for you to flank and target his weak points. Some sources suggest he is vulnerable to EMP devices, temporarily stunning him and allowing for free hits.

Phase 2: Grenade Barrage

Once his health is reduced to about 50%, the Enforcer will start deploying shock grenades, which create an area of effect that stuns Kay. Keep moving and use your dodge roll to avoid the grenade's blast radius. Continue to target his weak points. If you have 'Disruptor Rounds' for your blaster, they can briefly stagger him, interrupting his grenade throws. The reward for defeating him is usually a rare blaster modification and a significant reputation boost with a rival syndicate.
