Side Quests & Activities

Stardew Valley offers a rich array of side quests and activities beyond farming, enhancing your experience with story-driven tasks and community engagement. These quests often involve helping Pelican Town's residents and contribute to the game's immersive world. Completing them can deepen your connection to the characters and unlock new aspects of the game.

Story Quests are a significant part of these activities. Examples include:

  • Give the War Memento to Kent
  • Give the Gourmet Tomato Salt to Gus
  • Give the Stardew Valley Rose to Sandy
  • Give the Advanced TV...

Restoring Pelican Town's Community Center is a central main story objective, guided by the Junimos, spirits of the forest. Additionally, collecting artifacts is a key activity. Artifacts do not need to be donated to the Museum or shipped to count towards your collection. If artifacts found in Fishing Treasure Chests, tilled soil in the mines, or Artifact Troves do not appear in your collections tab, dragging them out of and back into your inventory, or holding them overnight, may correct this. Artifact descriptions appear on the collections tab immediately upon discovery.
