Character Costumes & Colors
Street Fighter 6 offers extensive options for personalizing your favorite characters through several costumes and color palettes. These cosmetic choices allow players to express their individuality and add a unique flair to their in-game appearances, enhancing the overall visual experience.
Each character comes with a default costume, but additional outfits can be unlocked or purchased, offering entirely new looks that range from casual wear to elaborate dess. Alongside these costumes, a wide array of color variations are available for each outfit, allowing for further customization. This system ensures that You can make their characters truly their own, whether they're competing online or enjoying the single-player modes.
Costume Unlocks:
- Default Costumes: All characters come with their primary outfit unlocked from the start.
- Alternate Costumes: Additional costumes are typically unlocked through progression in World Tour mode, by completing specific challenges, or by purchasing them with in-game currency (Zenny) or real money.
- Costume Tiers: Some characters may have multiple alternate costumes, often referred to as Costume 2, Costume 3, etc.
Color Palettes:
- Base Colors: Each costume usually comes with a set of pre-defined color palettes that can be selected.
- Custom Colors: In some instances, players may have the ability to further customize specific parts of a costume's color scheme, offering even more granular control.
- Unlocking Colors: Certain color palettes might be tied to specific achievements or gameplay milestones.
Where to Access:
- Character Select Screen: Before a match, you can typically select your character's costume and color palette.
- Battle Hub: Your chosen appearance will be reflected when you play matches in the Battle Hub.
- World Tour: While your avatar is the primary focus in World Tour, character costumes can be changed in specific areas or menus.
Experimenting with different costumes and colors is a fun way to engage with the game's aesthetic. It allows players to showcase their favorite looks and add a personal touch to their fighting game experience.
