Hisstocrat is a giant snake boss that emerges from the ground, surrounded by smaller snakes. To hit him, you need to climb onto the heads of the smaller snakes and jump onto Hisstocrat's head when he's exposed. He'll often try to knock you off with his head. The Cat Suit is very useful for climbing the snakes quickly. After each hit, he'll become faster and more aggressive. Three hits will defeat this slithering foe.
