King Bob-omb
King Bob-omb is the first boss you'll face in Super Mario 64, located on the summit of Bob-omb Battlefield. His primary attack is to try and grab Mario, attempting to throw him off the mountain. To defeat him, you must employ a specific strategy. Wait for King Bob-omb to turn his back to you, indicating he is preparing to move or is momentarily vulnerable. Once his back is exposed, approach him and press the B button to grab him. While holding him, you can then throw him by moving the Analog Stick in a desired direction and releasing the B button. The objective is to throw him three times. Be extremely careful not to throw him off the edge of the mountain during the fight, as this will not count towards his defeat and will likely result in Mario falling to his doom. Each successful throw will stagger King Bob-omb, and after the third successful throw, he will be defeated, and a Power Star will appear. Pay attention to his movements and the terrain to avoid falling yourself.
