Toad Stars
Throughout Princess Peach's Castle, you'll encounter several Toads. Some of these friendly mushroom retainers will reward you with a Power Star just for talking to them! There are three such Toads in total, each located in different parts of the castle. thoroughly explore all three floors to find them. The first Toad can be found on the first floor, near the entrance to Bob-omb Battlefield. The second Toad is located on the second floor, often near the entrance to Whomp's Fortress. The third and final Toad is situated on the third floor, typically in an area accessible after gaining more abilities or stars. Simply approaching and interacting with these Toads will trigger a brief dialogue, and if you've met the necessary conditions (which are usually just finding them), they will bestow a Power Star upon you. These encounters are straightforward and serve as an easy way to accumulate stars without engaging in complex platforming or combat. Keep an eye out for their distinctive mushroom caps as you navigate the castle's many rooms and corridors.
