From the main hall, go up the stairs to the second floor. Enter the door that leads to the balcony. On the balcony, you'll encounter another Big Boo. Defeat this Big Boo by hitting it from behind three times. Once defeated, the Power Star will appear on the balcony. This star is a straightforward fight against a larger spectral foe, requiring the same strategy as other Big Boo encounters. This star is located in a distinct area of the mansion, accessible after navigating the upper floors. The balcony provides a slightly more open space for combat compared to some other areas, but the core mechanic of hitting the Big Boo from behind remains the same. Players must be patient and observant, waiting for the opportune moment to strike. Successfully vanquishing the Big Boo on the balcony rewards Mario with a Power Star, continuing his quest through Big Boo's Haunt.
