First, you need to activate the cannons. Talk to the pink Bob-omb Buddy near the Chain Chomp. Once activated, head to the cannon near the start of the level. Aim carefully towards the floating island in the sky. You'll need to land precisely on the island. Once there, the Power Star is waiting for you. This star requires precise cannon aiming and a bit of exploration. The cannons in the Dire, Dire Docks level are essential for reaching certain areas, including the floating island that holds this Power Star. After activating the cannons, players must carefully adjust their aim to land Mario on the small target in the sky. The trajectory can be tricky, and a slight miscalculation can send Mario plummeting into the water below, forcing him to start the cannon sequence again. Successfully landing on the island is the key to claiming this Power Star.
