Star 1: Plunder the Sunken Ship

Dive into the water and find the sunken ship. To raise it, you need to lure the giant eel (Unagi) out of its hiding spot. Swim near the eel's tail, and it will emerge. Once it's out, swim into the ship's interior. Inside, you'll find four treasure chests. Open them in the correct order (top-right, bottom-right, top-left, bottom-left) to reveal a Power Star. This star is a multi-step challenge that involves underwater exploration and a bit of puzzle-solving. The sunken ship is a prominent landmark in Jolly Roger Bay, and its contents are guarded by the formidable Unagi. Mario must bravely approach the eel to coax it out of its lair, then navigate the ship's interior. The treasure chests present a sequence puzzle; opening them in the wrong order will not yield the star. Mastering the underwater controls and remembering the chest sequence are crucial for success. The reward for this endeavor is a valuable Power Star, making the effort well worth it.
