First, activate the cannon by talking to the pink Bob-omb Buddy on the small island near the start. Then, enter the cannon. Aim for the tall, stone pillar located in the distance, near the edge of the level. You need to land precisely on top of this pillar. The Power Star is waiting for you there. This star requires precise cannon usage and careful aiming. The stone pillar in the Wet-Dry World level is a distant target that can only be reached via the level's cannon system. Players must first locate and activate the cannons by speaking with the Bob-omb Buddy. Once activated, the challenge lies in adjusting the cannon's aim to ensure Mario lands accurately on the narrow top of the pillar. Missing the target will result in a fall into the water, necessitating a retry of the cannon sequence. Successfully landing on the pillar grants access to the Power Star.
