At the beginning of each stage, you'll have the opportunity to select one of four iconic characters: Mario, Luigi, Toad, or Princess Peach. Each character possesses unique attributes that significantly impact gameplay. Mario is the most balanced character, offering average jump height and pulling speed. Luigi boasts the highest jump, allowing him to reach otherwise inaccessible areas and float for a short duration, making him excellent for precision platforming. Toad is the fastest at pulling up vegetables and enemies, and also has the strongest throwing arm, but his jump is the weakest. Princess Peach has the unique ability to float for an extended period after jumping, making her ideal for traversing long gaps and avoiding tricky enemies. Choose wisely based on the challenges of the current stage.
