Recommended Character: Luigi or Peach. This stage features many lava pits and crumbling platforms. Luigi's high jump is excellent for clearing large gaps, and Peach's float provides crucial recovery from misjudged jumps over lava. You'll encounter more Autobombs and Snifits. There are also sections with falling blocks and fire-breathing enemies. Look for a Potion to access Sub-Space for a Mushroom or coins. The stage involves a lot of horizontal progression over treacherous terrain. Take your time, observe platform patterns, and don't rush your jumps. Falling into lava results in instant death, so extreme caution is advised.
