This is your first underwater level! Mario's movement changes significantly here; he floats and swims by repeatedly pressing the A button. You'll encounter Cheep-Cheeps (fish) and Bloopers (squid). Cheep-Cheeps swim horizontally, while Bloopers move in a more erratic, stop-and-go pattern. Neither can be stomped, but Fire Mario's fireballs are effective against them. The key to underwater levels is patience and precise swimming. Avoid rushing, as it's easy to collide with enemies. There are no hidden blocks or power-ups in this particular underwater stage, so focus purely on survival and reaching the exit pipe.
