- World 2-1: In a hidden block above the second pipe you can enter (the one with the Piranha Plant). Jump on the block to the left of the pipe, then jump again.
- World 3-1: In a hidden block near the beginning, above the first set of two '?' blocks. Jump on the rightmost '?' block, then jump again.
- World 4-1: In a hidden block above the first '?' block you encounter. Jump on the '?' block, then jump again.
- World 5-1: In a hidden block above the first '?' block. Jump on the '?' block, then jump again.
Always be on the lookout for suspicious empty spaces or blocks that might hide these life-saving fungi. A good rule of thumb is to jump in areas that seem unusually open or above existing blocks.
