The Three Little Pigs are the bosses of the Mario Zone. They appear one by one, each slightly tougher than the last. The battle takes place in a small arena. Each pig will charge at Mario, and you need to jump on its head to defeat it. They are essentially larger, more aggressive versions of the standard pig enemies found in the zone.
Strategy:
- Dodge the Charge: Each pig will charge horizontally across the screen. Jump over them as they approach.
- Stomp the Head: After they charge, they will briefly pause or turn around. This is your opportunity to jump on their head. Each pig requires one stomp to defeat.
- Power-up Advantage: The Superball Flower is very effective here. You can hit the pigs with Superballs as they charge, defeating them without having to get close. Bunny Mario's float can help you easily jump over their charges and land on their heads.
After defeating all three pigs, you'll claim the fifth Golden Coin!
