The Mystery of Rose Town

Upon arriving in the seemingly peaceful Rose Town, players will quickly discover that something is amiss. The town's residents are found frozen in place, afflicted by a mysterious ailment caused by arrows. To uncover the cause of this strange predicament, you must head to the elder's house, where you will learn more about the situation and receive clues about the culprit. It soon becomes apparent that Bowyer, a member of the nefarious Smithy Gang, is responsible for terrorizing Rose Town. To confront him and put an end to his destructive actions, you will need to venture into the adjacent Forest Maze. This is also where you will have a pivotal encounter with Geno, a new ally who joins Mario's party and brings his unique abilities to the fight against the Smithy Gang. The events in Rose Town serve as a crucial narrative turning point, introducing a key character and setting the stage for the challenges that await in the Forest Maze and beyond.
