Location: Bowser's Castle

The final confrontation with Bowser takes place in his formidable castle. This battle has multiple stages, each requiring a different approach.
Phase 1: Clown Car Attack
- Bowser will fly around in his Koopa Clown Car, dropping large Mechakoopas.
- Stomp on the Mechakoopas to defeat them. They will then turn into throwable objects.
- Grab a defeated Mechakoopa and throw it upwards at Bowser's Koopa Clown Car.
- Repeat this process three times. After each hit, Bowser will fly higher and drop more Mechakoopas.
Phase 2: Princess Peach's Intervention
- After three hits, Bowser's Koopa Clown Car will be damaged, and he will temporarily retreat.
- Princess Peach will appear and drop a Super Mushroom or a Cape Feather. Grab it!
Phase 3: Bowser's Ground Pound
- Bowser returns in a new, larger Koopa Clown Car. He will attempt to ground pound you.
- When he ground pounds, he will create shockwaves that travel across the floor. Jump over these shockwaves.
- After a ground pound, Bowser will briefly be vulnerable. Stomp on his head.
- Repeat this process three times. Each time you stomp him, he will become more aggressive, and the shockwaves will be harder to avoid.
Recommended Power-Up:
- Cape Feather: Highly recommended for the final phase. The Cape Feather allows you to fly over Bowser's ground pounds and position yourself for stomps more easily.
- Super Mushroom: Provides an extra hit, crucial in this multi-stage battle.
Weakness:
Throwing Mechakoopas at his Koopa Clown Car in Phase 1, and stomping his head after his ground pound in Phase 3.
Rewards:
Princess Peach is rescued, and you complete the game!
Tip: In Phase 1, try to stomp Mechakoopas when they are close to Bowser's height to make throwing easier. In Phase 3, use the Cape Feather to your advantage, flying over his attacks and landing precise stomps.
While Bowser’s Koopa Clown Car debuted as his primary weapon in Super Mario World, the vehicle later reappeared as a high-end kart for various drivers in Mario Kart Tour.
While Bowser’s Clown Car debut in Super Mario World focuses on projectile tossing, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga reimagines this aerial vehicle as a mechanical boss platform.
