The Challenge Board is a grid of specific in-game achievements that, when completed, unlock various rewards such as characters, stages, custom moves, equipment, and trophies. There are three boards, each with increasing difficulty. Completing all challenges is a true test of your mastery of the game.
How to Complete Challenges
Each square on the Challenge Board represents a specific task. These tasks can range from simple (e.g., 'Play 10 Smash battles') to highly difficult (e.g., 'Clear Classic Mode on Intensity 9.0 with every character without losing a single stock').
- Read Carefully: Always read the challenge description thoroughly to understand its requirements.
- Track Progress: The game often tracks your progress towards challenges, so you don't have to remember every detail.
- Use Hammers: If you're stuck on a particularly difficult challenge, you can use a 'Hammer' to instantly complete it. Hammers are rare rewards themselves, often earned by completing an entire row or column of challenges. Use them strategically on the most frustrating tasks.
- Experiment: Many challenges require specific character actions or mode completions. Don't be afraid to experiment with different characters and strategies.
