Fox is an extremely fast and aggressive character, known for his incredible combo game and high damage output. He has powerful smash attacks and a unique reflector. However, his recovery can be linear and easily punished if not executed carefully.
Key Moves:
- Neutral Special (Blaster): Fires a rapid-fire laser. Deals minimal damage but can flinch opponents, interrupting their actions.
- Side Special (Fox Illusion): A fast, short-range dash that can be used for horizontal recovery or quick movement.
- Up Special (Fire Fox): Charges up and then launches Fox in a chosen direction, dealing multiple hits. Provides significant recovery.

Playstyle: Fox is a rushdown character through and through. Use his Blaster to force approaches, then get in close with his fast aerials and tilts. His Up-Smash is one of the best kill moves in the game. Fox Illusion is great for extending combos or quickly repositioning. The Reflector is crucial for dealing with projectile characters and can also be used defensively. Mastering his short hops and fast fall aerials is key to his combo game. Be very careful with your Fire Fox recovery, as it's a prime target for edge-guarding.
