Essences are consumable items that provide temporary buffs or instant recovery. You can carry a limited number of each type. They are found throughout the world in glowing containers, dropped by defeated enemies, or purchased from the Wandering Merchant. Key Essences include: Health Essence (restores a portion of your Health Orbs), Momentum Essence (instantly refills your Momentum Gauge), and Resilience Essence (grants temporary damage reduction). There are also rarer elemental Essences that temporarily boost the power of a specific Relic Ability. For example, a 'Storm Essence' might temporarily increase the damage of Hydro-Blast. Use Essences strategically during challenging combat encounters or when navigating particularly dangerous environmental sections. Always keep a stock of Health and Momentum Essences on hand.
