Efficiency in Tabletop Simulator comes from using hotkeys. Press F to flip objects, R to roll dice, and G to group selected objects. C will copy an object, and V will paste it. Holding Shift while moving objects will snap them to a grid, and Alt + Left-click on a stack will pick up only one item. These shortcuts significantly speed up gameplay and object manipulation, making your virtual tabletop experience much more enjoyable and fluid.
