Effective item and resource management is paramount to success in Tales of Arise, impacting everything from combat effectiveness to exploration efficiency. This involves judicious use of healing items, strategic allocation of crafting materials, and understanding the purpose of various consumables found throughout the world.

Consumables: The most critical consumables are healing items like 'Gels' (HP and CP restoration) and status-healing items. CP (Cure Points) are a shared resource for healing Artes, so managing CP is as important as managing HP. When CP is depleted, you'll rely on Gels. Always ensure you have a sufficient stock of Gels, especially before embarking on challenging dungeons or boss fights. Other consumables might include items that temporarily boost stats or provide buffs, which can be invaluable in tough encounters.

Crafting Materials: As detailed in the Crafting section, materials are essential for creating new weapons and accessories. These are gathered from defeated enemies, mining nodes, and treasure chests.
