While the game doesn't feature an in-game tracker for every single item, following this guide will ensure you don't miss a thing.

For the most efficient collection, we recommend tackling these items as you progress through each region. Many areas become inaccessible or significantly change after story events, so it's best to be thorough on your first pass. Always keep an eye out for sparkling points on the ground, glowing objects, and suspicious nooks and crannies!

Artifacts

Artifacts are unique items that grant permanent, powerful bonuses to your party, such as increased EXP gain, Gald acquisition, or reduced shop prices. They are often found in treasure chests in challenging dungeons or as rewards for completing specific side quests. There are a total of 23 Artifacts to discover.

  • Location Strategy: Many artifacts are found in late-game dungeons or post-game content. Prioritize exploring every corner of each dungeon.
  • Key Examples:
    • Lucky Cat Statue: Often found early on, provides a small boost to Gald.
    • Mysterious Document: Grants increased EXP. Keep an eye out for this in the later regions like Ganath Haros.
    • Golden Lucky Cat Statue: A more potent version of the Lucky Cat, typically found in optional, high-level areas.
  • Tracking: You can view your collected Artifacts in the "Artifacts" section of the main menu.

Dahnan Owls

The adorable Dahnan Owls are scattered throughout Dahna, and finding them rewards you with cosmetic attachments for your characters. There are 38 Owls in total, with 32 found in the main game and 6 more in the post-game content. Finding all of them is crucial for unlocking the "Owl King" achievement.

  • Location Strategy: Owls are often perched in high-up places, behind obstacles, or in seemingly inaccessible spots. Always look up and around when entering new areas. Listen for their distinctive hoot!
  • Region-Specific Tips:
    • Calaglia: Check the rocky outcrops and ruins. One is famously hidden near the Mosgul.
    • Cyslodia: Look for them in the snowy peaks and within the frozen structures. The White Silver Plains and Messia 224 are prime hunting grounds.
    • Elde Menancia: The lush environments mean owls can blend in with foliage. Explore the Traslida Highway thoroughly.
    • Mahag Saar: The desert regions can be tricky; check behind large rock formations and within the various ruins.
    • Ganath Haros: The most complex region, owls here are often in multi-tiered areas or within the elaborate castles.
  • Rewards: Each owl you find will grant you a new attachment. After finding certain thresholds of owls, you'll be directed to the Owl Forest for special rewards and story progression.

Renan Records

Renan Records are historical documents that shed light on the lore and backstory of the Renan invasion and the state of Dahna. Collecting them enriches your understanding of the world.

  • Location Strategy: These are typically found in treasure chests or as sparkling items in dungeons and towns, often in areas related to Renan history or facilities.
  • Tracking: Collected Renan Records can be reviewed in the "Lore" section of the main menu.

Sub-Quests

While not strictly "collectibles" in the traditional sense, completing all 70 Sub-Quests is essential for unlocking various rewards, expanding the story, and accessing certain areas or powerful equipment. Many sub-quests also lead to finding other collectibles or unlock new fishing spots.

  • Activation: Look for NPCs with a star icon above their heads. New sub-quests often appear after major story events or after completing previous quests.
  • Completion Benefits: Beyond the immediate rewards, completing sub-quests often unlocks new cooking recipes, powerful accessories, or even new combat challenges.

Fishing Spots & Fish Types

Fishing is a relaxing and rewarding mini-game. There are numerous fishing spots across Dahna, each with its own unique types of fish. Collecting all fish types is a personal achievement and provides ingredients for cooking.

  • Location Strategy: Fishing spots are typically found near bodies of water (rivers, lakes, coastlines). Look for the distinctive fishing rod icon on your map.
  • Rod & Lure Upgrades: As you progress and catch more fish, you'll unlock better fishing rods and lures, making it easier to catch rarer and larger fish.
  • Tracking: Your "Fish Records" in the menu track all the types of fish you've caught.

Recipes

Collecting all recipes allows you to cook a wider variety of dishes at campsites, providing various stat boosts and healing effects. Recipes are found in treasure chests, as rewards for sub-quests, or purchased from merchants.
