All Fishing Spots & Rare Catches
Fishing is a relaxing yet rewarding activity in Tales of Arise, allowing you to gather valuable materials for cooking and discover rare items. There are numerous fishing spots scattered across Dahna and Rena, each with its own unique set of fish. Mastering the fishing mini-game and knowing where to find the rarest catches will sificantly benefit your journey.
Fishing spots are typically found near bodies of water, such as lakes, rivers, and coastlines. You'll often encounter them in more serene or secluded areas. To begin fishing, approach a desated fishing spot and interact with it. You'll then need to select your bait and lure, which can be purchased from merchants or found as loot.
The key to catching rarer fish lies in using the appropriate bait and lures, as well as timing your button presses correctly during the mini-game. Different fish are attracted to different bait types. For example, common fish might be caught with basic worms, while rarer species may require specialized lures or even specific times of day.
