Strategy: Oscar is a powerful Legate who wields a sword and uses fire and wind Malak Artes. He is often accompanied by Malak minions. Focus on eliminating his Malak support first to reduce the number of targets and incoming damage. Oscar himself is highly aggressive. Use Artes with Water and Earth elemental properties to exploit his weaknesses. Laphicet's 'Aqua Serpent' and Eizen's 'Absolute' are good choices. Velvet should focus on breaking his guard and unleashing her strongest combos. Be wary of his 'Infernal Blade' Arte, which deals significant fire damage. He has a second phase where he becomes more powerful and gains new Artes. During this phase, his attacks become faster and more damaging. Maintain your distance when he charges up and counter-attack after his big moves. Keep your party's HP high and use healing items proactively.
