Following your encounter with Gnome, your journey takes you to the scorching Tower of Flames, located in the volcanic region to the east. This dungeon is characterized by its fiery environment and fire-elemental enemies such as Fire Elementals, Salamanders, and Lava Golems. Equipping accessories that boost fire resistance, if you have any, can be beneficial here. The Tower of Flames is a multi-level dungeon with various traps, including lava pits that inflict damage if stepped on, and pressure plates that activate mechanisms.
Your goal is to reach the top of the tower and confront the Fire Spirit, Efreet. Navigation often involves finding switches to open doors or activate platforms. Be mindful of your party's HP, as the environmental damage from lava can quickly deplete it. Stock up on Orange Gels to restore TP, as Mint's healing and Cress's Artes will be heavily relied upon. Upon reaching Efreet's chamber, you'll engage him in a challenging boss battle. Defeating Efreet will add him to your summon roster, granting you powerful fire-based magic. After the battle, you can use a Rune Bottle on a nearby item to reveal a hidden path or treasure, or simply exit the tower.
