For EX Skills, prioritize those that reduce casting time (Concentrate), increase magic attack (Magic Boost), and conserve TP (Spirit User). Equip him with staves that boost his Intelligence and robes that offer magic defense. Position him in the backline, casting spells to exploit enemy weaknesses.
