Walkthrough: Arc I

Zaphias

Your journey begins in the bustling imperial capital of Zaphias. After the initial cutscenes, you'll gain control of Yuri Lowell. Take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the controls and explore the Lower Quarter.

  • Lower Quarter Exploration:
    • Head to the fountain plaza. You'll find a chest containing a Life Bottle near the steps.
    • Speak to the various NPCs for world-building and minor side-quest triggers (though most won't be active yet).
    • Proceed towards the residential area. A scene will trigger, introducing you to Repede.
  • Royal Quarter Intrusion:
    • Your objective is to retrieve the stolen Aque Blastia core. This requires entering the Royal Quarter.
    • Navigate through the sewers. Be prepared for your first combat encounters against various low-level monsters. Practice your basic attacks and artes.
    • Collect the Apple Gels and Orange Gels from chests found within the sewer passages. These are crucial for early-game healing.
