Chronos is a formidable boss encountered during a pivotal moment in the story. He is a powerful spirit with high physical and elemental resistance. His primary weakness is Light, so equip Artes and weapons with Light elemental properties if possible. Chronos has several dangerous attacks: Time Stop, which freezes your party members, leaving them vulnerable; Dimension Slash, a wide-area physical attack; and Grand Cross, a powerful mystic arte. Focus on breaking his guard with heavy-hitting Artes (Ludger's hammer, Milla's Rock Lance). When he uses Time Stop, try to have a character with 'Panacea Bottle' or 'Resurrection' ready. Use Ludger's Chromatus when Chronos is vulnerable or to interrupt his mystic artes. Keep your party spread out to avoid Dimension Slash. Recommended party: Ludger (Hammer/Dual Blades), Milla (for Light Artes), Jude (for healing and Snap Pivot), and Leia (for item usage and support). Reward: Chronos's Orb.
