Scouring every nook and cranny of New York City for collectibles can be a daunting task, but it's essential for unlocking character perks and achieving 100% completion. This guide consolidates the locations of all secrets, including hidden items, collectibles, and secret rooms, across every stage of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge.
Stage 1: The Streets
Your journey begins on the familiar streets of NYC. Keep an eye out for a hidden dumpster behind a building on the right side of the screen early in the stage. Smashing it reveals a collectible. Later, in the alleyway section, look for a destructible wall on the left that hides a secret room with more collectibles.
Stage 2: The Sewers
The sewers are dark and winding, but secrets abound. In the section with the moving platforms, jump to the upper path where a hidden passage awaits. Another collectible can be found by breaking a specific pipe on the left side of the screen.
Stage 3: Krang's Docks
At Krang's Docks, you'll need to be observant. Look for a breakable crate near the water's edge that contains a secret. Further into the stage, a section with conveyor belts has a hidden area accessible by jumping onto a higher platform.
Stage 4: The Subway
The subway system is a maze of tracks and trains. In the first open area, a breakable section of the ceiling hides a collectible. Later, when navigating the moving train cars, look for a gap between two cars that leads to a secret compartment.
Stage 5: Technodrome
The heart of Shredder's operation, the Technodrome, is filled with traps and robotic enemies. Early on, a section of the floor can be broken to reveal a hidden area. Near the end of the stage, a series of laser grids hides a crucial collectible behind a destructible panel.
Stage 6: Crystal Palace Mall
The mall is a consumer paradise turned battleground. In the food court area, look for a hidden door behind one of the stalls. Later, in the arcade section, a specific arcade cabinet can be interacted with to reveal a secret.
Stage 7: The Statue of Liberty
The iconic Statue of Liberty holds secrets within its structure. Climb to the top of the statue's torch, and you'll find a hidden alcove. Inside the statue itself, look for a breakable section of the wall near the base.
Stage 8: Shredder's Lair
The final confrontation takes place in Shredder's Lair. In the lava-filled chamber, a series of platforms leads to a hidden ledge. Before facing Shredder, a destructible pillar on the right side of the arena conceals the final secrets.
