- High Combo Count: Achieve a specific combo count (e.g., 50-hit combo) within a stage. Focus on chaining attacks, throws, and aerial combos.
- Defeat X Enemies with Special: Use your special attacks to defeat a certain number of enemies.
- Find All Collectibles: Locate every hidden item within the stage.
- Complete Stage in X Time: Finish the stage within a set time limit. This often means prioritizing combat and minimizing exploration.
- Defeat Boss with Super Attack: Land the final blow on a boss using a Super Attack.
You can view the specific challenges for each stage from the stage select screen in Story Mode. Replaying stages with different characters can also help you complete certain challenges, as some characters excel at specific tasks (e.g., Donatello for range, Michelangelo for combos).
