Objective: Speak with Governor Peron in Velika. Upon arriving in Velika via the Pegasus, you'll be prompted to find Governor Peron. Her office is located in the central administrative building, usually marked clearly on your minimap with a yellow quest indicator. This quest is another conversational one, where Governor Peron will welcome you to Velika and brief you on the current political climate and the ongoing threats to Arborea. She will emphasize the importance of the Federation and your role as a rising hero. Completing this quest will unlock further main story quests that will send you out into the wider world beyond Velika's walls, introducing you to new zones and more challenging enemies.
