The Two-Head Biophage is a formidable early-game boss. Its primary weak points are its two heads. Focus fire on one head until it's destroyed, then switch to the other. It has powerful melee attacks and a charge attack; dodge frequently. Use the GRP to stun it or throw it into environmental hazards like spikes or grinders for massive damage. Keep your distance and use your Hand Cannon and Stun Baton effectively.
